ReFocus Capacity-Building
Project 2004
ReFocus Capacity-Building Project 2004 helped assure quality
standards (ongoing assistance is being provided in-kind).
ReFocus Ministry is committed to maintaining high quality in
all its program activities. To this end, ReFocus invited
CARC, the Connecticut AIDS Residential Coalition, to offer
capacity-building workshops to strengthen ReFocus’ case
management services, administrative procedures, and internal
management, including leadership development, fundraising
and marketing information management systems, health and
safety procedures and OSHA regulations. A description of the
capacity building activities is below:
Program Services and Operations-Residential services,
case management, facility management, health and safety,
including OSHA compliance.

Outcome-based program planning, development of evaluation
plans and tools.
Leadership Development- Executive and team coaching,
